First Lady

As a woman of God, I have experienced and learned what it takes to
face life's challenges, overcome struggles and adversities, and still
come out victorious. The position of a First Lady is one of honor,
dedication, compassion, and service - always striving in my efforts
and seeking innovative methods to help women tear down the walls
that hinder them in their spiritual life. I know and believe there is
deliverance in praise. Leading and singing in Praise and Worship has
given me strength, power, and authority to both endure and overcome.
GOD has given me a calling in women's ministry for women of all
races, creeds, and of all age groups; as revealed in our women
ministry's name to become "Women of Worship". That we become
empowered, mature, and intimate with GOD, totally depending

on HIM no matter the issues and circumstance we face in our daily lives, to come out victorious.
As a Holy Spirit-led woman in leadership, my mission and focus is to inspire our women's
ministry to promote personal self-esteem in women by teaching them the Love of GOD and the
WORD of GOD; how to love themselves, love of family, and how to love their Christian family.
How can you love your neighbor, without first knowing how to love GOD, and yourself?

Several events in my life GOD has proven HIS grace, mercy and love for me. As a teenager, I
faced death in sickness, but GOD saw fit to let me live, have a healthy and fruitful life with my
husband, Pastor Clarence Ratcliff. GOD was truly faithful to me, during a very short two week
time period when I lost both my mother and father, Laura and Earl Raynor. Soon afterwards my
husband was called to pastor; and together we founded True Praise And Deliverance Tabernacle
at our kitchen table.

To my Sister First Ladies;
A First Lady's life is not the glamour it may appear. There are many sacrifices, a great deal of
work, constant prayer, adjusting to a new role of leadership, being an example to young and elder
ladies, and living a holy life. Being at my husband's side, being his wife, friend, partner, confidant,
his sweetheart, an advisor, his biggest cheerleader are some of the roles I treasure. Loving my
husband as MY PASTOR is something very special - supporting the vision GOD has given him as
pastor, walking with him in this HOLY CALL, doing my part in keeping the home life together,
and encouraging him, as well as encouraging others. I especially send prayers of encouragement,
strength, and joy to all First Ladies and to wives of ministers in the Body of Christ. Your role as
wife and first lady, your love and support to your husband, family, church, and your personal
relationship with GOD is yet an awesome responsibility, but it is one that GOD has equipped you
for this time (season). You are women of GOD with special hearts. Be encouraged, and know
