Pastor Clarence E. Ratcliff . . .
An ordained Elder in Truevine Assembly of Pentecostal Churches, Inc.; son of Bishop Eli Ratcliff, Jr.;
a graduate of North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC - "Eagles fly high"; married to the beautiful
woman of GOD, and First Lady of TPDT, Mrs. Christine Raynor Ratcliff; the father of one son, a very
special young man, Kevin Ratcliff.   "Having the heart of a shepherd", GOD has filled Pastor Ratcliff with
HIS LOVE for HIS people. Pastor's messages and sermons are preached to raise all people to a higher
standard of life - a GOD Standard Life of Holiness. Life is a precious gift from GOD, and everyday
Pastor Ratcliff strives to live a life as a man of GOD'S integrity.

A Message from the Pastor . . .
GOD has given me a "Now Time" message for a generation that has been besieged by worldly and
secular influences. Church is not a social club or play ground for the ungodly, and we are committed to
reclaiming the church as a house of true holiness, worship, praise, refuge, reverencing our GOD; lifting
up the name of JESUS CHRIST, our SAVIOUR. True Praise And Deliverance Tabernacle is
commissioned in the Word of GOD to reach out to the lost, wounded, to set free those whom have been
misguided, misled, battered and bruised, and shackled to sin. We seek to develop disciples of CHRIST,
building the total man and building up the kingdom of our GOD, teaching sound doctrine, with an
uncompromised and clear understanding of the Word of GOD.

One of our ministry's primary focus is to teach Salvation, Repentance, Faith, Love, and Hope.

True Praise And Deliverance Tabernacle is "a life changing ministry" - individually, family, and
community. We have purposed in our mission to make and be a difference right here in our communities
in this country, the United States of America. We commend other ministries in their acts of kindness and
love to other nations; however, we believe that there are more than enough problems, issues, and
concerns that need to be addressed and met at home; spiritual, social, racial, moral, economic, and justice
issues, etc. All need to be and must be addressed spiritually. There is too much religion and politics,
and not enough Salvation, not enough GODLY LOVE.

We believe in order to restore values and morals in our society, we must first rebuild the life and
hopes of the individual, the home, and community - spiritually.

GOD has given me a vision to build a church, where people will be taught and given an example of
holiness, excellence, character, and integrity. TPDT is a HOLY SPIRIT-filled church with emphasis on
building men and women with a GOD-conscience so that they function in a manner that glorifies GOD
which impacts this generation; and therefore, allows their purpose to be revealed and their spiritual
calling to be fulfilled.

The Body of CHRIST must reach out to those who are hurting and that are lost, with a message of
love, faith, hope; unconditionally and totally accepting loving touch to help them overcome life's
challenges and to live a victorious life. Let us minister to the whole man so that he or she too may be a
light to the world.
